Mythic Journeys: New Film

It’s always a great day when a group of our spiritual leaders get together to make a film. This one, Mythic Journeys, includes Deepak Chopra, Michael Beckwith, Sobonfu Some and Tricia Klink with the voices added of Tim Curry, Mark Hamill and Lance Henriksen. As you’ll see in the following preview trailer, the message basically is we live in this amazingly beautiful planet so help make it better. Get busy. Actually we have an increasing number of activists, so this is a hopeful sign to counteract the “bad guys” who pollute, squeeze out small businesses, bankrupt hard working middle class and poor families, etc. Hope you enjoy this version of mythic journeys with animation.

Of course you can purchase the entire film online and download it or get the DVD at a 50% discount right now (time limited offer) by going to this website:

Merabhs: A New Spiritual Concept Explained

Adamus Saint-Germain, a European mystic and channel, has coined a new useful word, “merabh” which he says has an ancient history. Now he has recorded various merabhs that will be for sale as of September 1. 2012. Here is more information about them

Merabhs: A New Spiritual Concept Explained

Adamus Saint-Germain introduced “merabhs” at the Dream Walker Life School in Frankfurt in December 2011. He said that a merabh, based on an ancient Lemurian concept, is an opportunity for a graceful shift in consciousness. A merabh  does not require force, exertion of energy, or mental effort. There is the underlying assumption that you are ready for the shift, and that by taking a few minutes in the state of acceptance the shift will begin.

In Frankfurt, Adamus asked Yoham, the musical group from Israel & Austria,to play background music during the merabh to help create the safe space for the shifts to take place. The combination of Adamus’ gentle guidance and Yoham’s intuitive music was brilliant, and the new Shaumbra merabhwas birthed. Adamus offered more merabhs with live Yoham music at the  Dream Walker Life Schools in Amsterdam (April), Romania (May) and Colorado(July). In the post-conference surveys sent in by attendees, the merabhs were listed as one of their favorite parts of the Dream Walker Life experience.

Some of the titles of these channeled and timely recordings are:  Beyond Ancestral Biology, Past Lives, Death, Life, Enlightenment. They will be available through the Crimson Circle Store and perhaps on Amazon eventually. Click like below if you would like to have more articles about the coming shift or merabhs.

What Child Is This is relaxing Christmas music at it’s best. The album features the beautiful vocals of international recording artist Singh Kaur (also known as Lorellei), whose lovely voice graces five of these seasonal carols: The Little Drummer Boy, What Child is This, Do You Hear What I Hear, Angels We Have Heard on High, and O Come Emmanual.

Singh Kaur’s sparkling renditions of these holiday carols are combined with Dean Evenson’s flute and d’Rachael’s harp, along with mandolin and bells.  These new versions of favorite carols are a delightful sequel to Soundings earlier instrumental Christmas recording, Joy to the World, and are certain to bring a sense of peace and joy to all who hear them.

The unique style of these arrangements and the quality of the vocals, Christmas flute music and Christmas harp music take traditional Christmas carols to new realms of spiritual depth.  Singh Kaur’s haunting vocals sound like the angels themselves singing songs of joy that truly reflect the season.

COVR Visionary Award Winner:   NEW AGE MUSIC OF THE YEAR

Tao of Healing is a lofty bridging of cultures through musical dialogue – the flute, the guqin (Chinese zither) and the guitar. It is a simple calling of worlds across the digital airwaves. When Dean Evenson of Soundings of the Planet and Professor Li Xiangting of Beijing, China, first met, they recognized each other as kindred musical spirits from opposite sides of the globe, yet communicating perfectly through the universal language music. The silver tones of Evenson’s flute mirror the haunting and exotic sounds of Professor Li’s ancient seven stringed zither. For the first time since he began recording albums in 1979, Evenson chose not to include natural sounds with the musical mixes, instead letting the music itself perfectly communicate the peacefulness of nature.

Tao of Healing is the third in the Sound Healing Series that Evenson has put together. Li Xiangting, a professor from the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing and an authority on the guqin, an ancient seven-string zither from China is featured prominently. Adding his harmonic touch is Scott Huckabay whose sensitive guitar fingerings dance across his six strings enhancing the subtle rhythms of the other instruments.

This music is ideal for use in conjunction with the many and varied Chinese and Eastern Healing Arts such as Tai Chi, Feng Shui, Acupuncture, Qi Gong, Reiki, Yoga, Meditation, and Massage. Includes Earth Resonance Frequency (ERF) for deeper relaxation.

Universal love songs expressing the highest archetype of love – from the human to the divine, between lovers, from a parent to a child, between people and the planet. Imagine this music is alive, a spirit unto itself who reaches into your depths and guides you home to your soul.

Lorellei possesses both an inspired compositional mind and a striking, crystalline voice. National music reviewer PJ Birosik proclaimed her “one of the great vocalists of our time.” With the release of Spiritus, Lorellei takes her musical journey to a new plateau entirely – one that is unique and irresistibly magical.

Under the name of Singh Kaur, Lorellei brought her music to a wide audience through the hugely popular Crimson Series albums, recorded with Kim Robertson. Shortly thereafter, she joined Soundings of the Planet to produce her first BILLBOARD-charting album, Instruments of Peace (1988) re-released later as Imagine Peace. This was followed by What Child Is This, a Christmas album produced with Dean Evenson. Lorellei, under the name of Singh Kaur, has 18 previous albums to her credit, but none of them quite resemble this release which is her true personal musical statement.

Spiritus: Breath of Life represents an exciting and accessible new direction for Lorellei and brings the spirituality of her previous music to a mature, contemporary expression. Her heavenly vocals and exquisite harmonies – on focus tracks “Spiritus,” “Mind Thing” and “In A Vision Of Love” – make the crossover from new age to adult contemporary. This is a powerfully beautiful and romantic music that will uplift and energize you…with the breath of life.

Scott Huckabay – trance guitar
Dean Evenson – flute, digi-horn, keyboards
Greg Callahan – djembe, percussion, vocals
Gina Sala – Vocals

Price: $15.49

After the success of their first album, Sonic Tribe quickly returned to the studio, recruiting new members for this more mature, laid-back follow-up. Picture it as the sunny morning after their self-titled album’s night of tribal fires–relaxed, but brimming with calm energy and the joy of the moment. Vocalist Gina Sala (of Cirque de Soleil) sings and chants here in an array of exotic languages, combining with Native American Scott Huckabay’s stellar guitar work, drums, tables, Australian didgeridoo, and horns to make timeless music. The jazzy, psychedelic “wah-wah” wanderings of “Freedom Is Only a Door” and the passionate “Out of the Ashes,” with its gently rocking guitar and uninhibited vocal, are nothing short of transcendent. “Into the Twilight” sounds almost like contemporary jazz, as a healing, sultry Norah Jones-y vocal dances in and out of the light patterns created by Dean Everson’s flute. “Wayo” merges a funky, tribal vibe with some trance-inducing chanting. Bridging the distances between cultures, eras, and souls, SPIRIT RISING paints a joyous ode to the future–one full of dance, laughter, devotion, and peace.
